• Processing Time

After placing an order, processing your shipment typically takes 1 business day. If you live in the U.S., you can probably expect to receive your goods within 2-4 business days.

• Return Item Requirements

Items must be in their original condition, unused or damaged, including original packaging. If not, the customer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
Please send the tracking number to our customer service and write your order number on the package. After confirming your return request, we will send you a prepaid shipping label.

• Shipping Time

Generally, we will despatch your order the same day from the date you placed the order (If it is after hours, we will send it out the next day). You will receive your package in 3 to 5 days.

• Responsibility For Shipping Cost

Currently, we only give refunds for hair that has quality issues and has been damaged in transit for US customers, for other countries' return and exchange service, customers need to bear the shipping cost, customs duty, etc.

• Correct cleaning steps

First of all, take a basin filled with warm water, put the wig in it, and then add an appropriate amount of special shampoo for wigs, gently rub the wig, you can soak it for 15-20 minutes, mainly to clean the hair roots and scalp contact parts, and finally rinse with water.

• Natural drying

A clean wig can be placed in the natural ventilation effect of a good place to dry, can not use the hair dryer to blow dry, and can not be placed in the sun exposure, because exposure to the sun, the wig to fade color, hair will break. It should also not be placed in a humid place, damaging the wig. If you want to comb or style the wig, you must wait until the wig is completely dry.

• Proper storage and care

Before storing, comb the wig well, comb out all knots and tangles, and then place the glueless lace wig on a special wig stand. If you haven't used the wig for a long time, you can put it into a suitable plastic bag or box, in which you can put some desiccant for better preservation and maintenance of the wig.
