OVERVIEW
The XYSHAIR mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by XYSHAIR (“XYSHAIR”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to XYSHAIR’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of XYSHAIR through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with XYSHAIR. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +86 18620863293 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other ISEEHAIR mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt-out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any shortcode or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

SECTION 1- TEXTURE DISCLAIMER
Virgin human hair is distinct, and no two heads of hair are exactly alike. Our pictures are meant to give you a good idea of our textures. When you place an order with us you will notice that there will be some variation between our pictures and that of the hair you receive. This is not avoidable nor should it be. It is part of the fun of buying and wearing premium quality virgin hair. Our hair is beautiful and unique, just like you!
SECTION 2 - COLOR DISCLAIMER
Since we only supply unprocessed virgin hair it comes in natural shades of 1B (Off Black). If you choose to color the hair, it takes and holds permanent, semi-permanent, lifts, and cellophane beautifully! (Recommended to be done by a professional stylist).
SECTION 3 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your country of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
SECTION 4 - ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. xyshair.com reserves the right, at sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
Xyshair is not responsible for late deliveries for special occasions, such as birthdays, or other events. We encourage customers to place their order in advance to ensure there is enough time to receive their item. All orders reported as "delivered" by shipping companies are considered delivered. xyshair cannot be made liable of non-delivery in this case.
SECTION 5 - PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
If any product is out of stock, it will be shown as “sold out” and you will not be able to purchase that product. However, you can send us an e-mail stating what item you want and your contact information. Once the product becomes available you will be sent a notification, we will not hold the product for clients, the notification is a courtesy to let you know your product is back in stock.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

Except as otherwise provided elsewhere in this Agreement or on the site, anything that you submit or post to the site and/or provide xyshair.com, including, without limitation, ideas, know-how, techniques, questions, reviews, comments, and suggestions (collectively, "Submissions") is and will be treated as non-confidential and nonproprietary, and by submitting or posting, you agree to irrevocably license the entry and all IP rights related thereto (excluding the moral rights such as authorship right) to xyshair.com without charge and xyshair.com shall have the royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and transferable right to use, copy,display, publish, transmit, adapt, create derivative works from such Submissions by any means and in any form, and to translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile such Submissions. All Submissions shall automatically become the sole and exclusive property of xyshair.com and shall not be returned to you and you agree not to raise any dispute in connection with any use of the entry by xyshair.com in the future. You warrant that your Submissions, in whole or in part, are clear and free of any IP right infringement, disputes or third party claims. xyshair.com assumes no liability for any misuse of copyright or any other rights of third parties by you. You undertake to defense for and indemnify the Sponsor against any losses caused due to the use of the entries for any purposes.
In addition to the rights applicable to any Submission, when you post comments or reviews to the site, you also grant xyshair.com the right to use the name that you submit with any review, comment, or other Content, if any, in connection with such review, comment, or other content. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the reviews, comments, and other Content that you post on this site and that use of your reviews, comments, or other Content by xyshair.com will not infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party. You shall not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead xyshair.com or third parties as to the origin of any Submissions or Content xyshair.com may, but shall not be obligated to remove or edit any Submissions (including comments or reviews) for any reason.
SECTION 8 - PACKING
Unless otherwise provided, Our Company will comply only with its minimum packing standards for the method of transportation selected. The cost of all special packing, loading or bracing requested by Buyer will be paid for by Buyer. All cost of packing and shipment for Buyer's special equipment shall be paid for by Buyer.
SECTION 9 - SHIPPING DELAYS
All Express Shipments Require a Signature.
For your convenience please do not wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment or other engagements it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information we receive from our warehouse on behalf of DHL/Fedex. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust DHL/Fedex to deliver your package on time. SECTION 10 - FAILED DELIVERIES / REFUSED SHIPMENTS / INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, zipcode, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Your order will be shipped via DHL/Fedex to the address you provide. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been sent you will be assessed extra fee DHL/Fedex charges us to make the correction. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.
If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.
SECTION 11 - PAYMENT TERMS
The discount applies only to the invoiced value of the material (not to taxes or freight charges). Our Company reserves the right to require advance payment or satisfactory security for the goods if the financial condition of Buyer so warrants as determined by Our Company. If Buyer fails to make payment in accordance with terms of this agreement or any collateral agreement or fails to comply with any provisions hereof, Our Company may, at its option (and in addition to other remedies), cancel any unshipped portion of this order. Buyer is to remain liable for all unpaid accounts.
SECTION 12 - COPYRIGHTS, AND OTHER RIGHTS
Images of people or places displayed on XYSHAIR site are either the property of, or used with permission by, XYSHAIR Use of these images by you or other third parties is prohibited unless expressly permitted in the Terms of Use or elsewhere on the XYSHAIR site. Any unauthorized use of these images may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and other applicable regulations and statutes. Any product, service, program or technology described in any document published by XYSHAIR on this site may be the subject of other intellectual property rights owned by XYSHAIR. Any such right that is not expressly licensed hereunder is reserved by XYSHAIR.
SECTION 13 - RETURN OF PRODUCTS
Online purchases (gifts excluded) made through xyshair.com are valid for exchange and return within 14 days from the date you've received all your item(s).
Items must be unused, undamaged, come with all original tags and their original packaging. If not, the customer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued. (if the original strap attached to the u part wig is cut off, or the wig has been washed and dyed, the item will be not seen as an unused condition)

We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites.
