I. About Order

Q: How do I check my order?

A: You can check your order by logging into your account and going to the “Order History” page. If you have any questions, please provide us with the order number and we will check it.

Q: How to cancel my order?

A: If your order has NOT been paid for, you can cancel the order yourself;

    If your order has been paid for, please contact customer service.

Q: How do I add, change, or remove an address on my PayPal account?

A: Here's how to add, change, or remove an address on your PayPal account:

    Step one: Go to your Settings page.

    Step two: Go to the Addresses section:

              ·To add a new address, click "+ Add New". Enter your details and click "Add Address".

              ·To change an address, click "Edit". Make your edits and click "Update".

              ·To remove an address, click "Remove".

Q: What to do if the payment fails?

A: If the payment fails, please check that your payment information is correct and make sure you have enough balance or credit on your account. If the payment still fails, you can try to change the payment method or contact the bank.

Q: What type of payment do you accept?

A: We accept a variety of payment methods, including PayPal, credit cards, debit cards, and other online payment methods. Check out the available payment options when you pay.

Q: How to check stock?

A: You can check stock on the product page. If you need more information about the stock, please contact online customer service, and we will help you.

Q: Can this hair be dyed, straightened, or curled?

A: Yes, all hair we sell is virgin and raw hair, so you can straighten/style it with a flat iron/curler and dye it. Please pay attention to your time. DON'T Overtime.

Q: How long can it last?

A: Treat it like your hair and take good care of it, like the right products to condition and moisturize it; it will greatly help. Normally, it could last longer than one year.

Q: Which size is your wig cap(Circumference)? Can I have a large size / small size?

A: All the stock is standard medium; it is 22.5 inches. And it has adjustable straps. Normally, it can match the head of most people. If you want a large size or small size, please contact our customer service.

Q: Is there a mobile version of the website?

V. About Shipping

Q: How long do you take to despatch an order?

A: Generally, we will despatch your order the same day since the date you placed the order (If it is after hours, we will send it out the next day). You will receive your package in 3 to 5 days.

Q: What if my order delivery was delayed?

A: We definitely will deliver your order in time under normal circumstances. While, shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
