Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our goal. 

If not 100% satisfied with the purchase, you can return the product to get a full refund or exchange within 14 days ( from the date you receive it). 

Helpful Hint:

2. Defective items or incorrect goods must email us within 14 days after you receive them. If over 14 days, we will not accept returns or refunds.

3. Customized wigs, except for quality problems( Little color difference is not a quality problem, different monitors, different resolutions, the color will be slightly different), will not accept exchange or refund.

4. For the return package, please keep it in its original state. (uncomb, unworn, unwashed, don’t cut the lace, don’t change the style, and keep original package & gifts attached).

5. We recommend shipping packages back by USPS with a tracking number for convenience, and please pay for the shipping fee. Without proof of shipment, we will not refund, we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages.

6. If the products we get are used or damaged, we will deduct the corresponding cost.

7. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. The unauthorized rejection /return is not allowed at the time of delivery, and the cost of unauthorized rejection/return will be borne by the buyer.

8. Except for the United States, returns from other countries may be subject to tariffs, and this part of the cost shall be borne by the buyer.

2. Once your return package is received and inspected, we will email you that agree or reject the refund. If we agree, will refund you by your original payment way within a certain amount of days, please make sure your account or credit card is valid.


1.Please return the products to us first. After we check the products without any problems, will send the new products.

2. Any excess payment shall be refunded and deficiency shall be repaid. If you want to exchange overvalue products, please pay for the extra; if exchange low-value products, we will refund the overvalue part.
